Rock 'n' Roll race, in 10th year, more popular than ever
Just how popular the 13.1-mile distance has become will be on display Sunday morning when 20,000 people - from walkers to joggers to runners to world-class elites - hit the pavement for the 10th running of the Dodge Rock 'n' Roll Virginia Beach Half Marathon at the Oceanfront.

Sadie Lane, 5, of Virginia Beach has a rare chromosome disorder, the only known one of its kind. It has led to heart problems and an intellectual disability. Doctors say she will likely always need someone to care for her.
