Driver who ran over homeless man has a history of tickets
Virginia Beach, which is aware of the 8 tickets, also is reviewing postings trash truck driver Heather Boyd made on Facebook, where she often complained about being tired. Boyd, 30, ran over Michael Knockett, 52, on June 28.
